Chris Garrett from Perfomancing, has written a pretty good post on the the pros and cons of joining a blog network. Although the downsides section is just a tad longer than the upsides, it is definatly worth the read, especially for the novice blogger that may be looking to join a blog network.

Looks like there is another blog network about to launch. It is called Freshdaily and touts itself as being ‘Canada’s first national blog netowrk.”
So far there are only 4 member blogs that are all regional blogs for various cities in Canada. We will have to wait and see what is more to come.
