BlogNetWorkWatch.com is back again… again…

Edit this to add a ad unit in the content body.

So, BlogNetworkWatch.com, has been sold and is back online. To recap:

  1. BlogNetworkWatch.com was launched
  2. BlogNetworkWatch.com was shut down one week after the launch
  3. BlogNetworkWatch.net was launched (I think that not choosing a unique domain name was a mistake by the way) to fill the void of the one week blog, BlogNetworkwatch.com
  4. BlogNetworkWatch.com was relaunched a couple of weeks later (this is the reason that I think naming this site BlogNetworkWatch.net was a a mistake)
  5. BlogNetworkWatch.com was shutdown for the second time
  6. BlogNetoworkWatch.com was sold and relauched for what is now the third time (Did I already say that naming this site BlogNetworkWatch.net was a bad idea?

    Cute ;-)

We’re not going anywhere this time. New ownership - new focus - new direction. Strong tie in with blognetworklist.com - and more to come on both fronts.

So first we had the blog networks going head to head with each other. Now we get the blognetworkwatch sites that watch the blog networks going head to head with each other?

    Oh, man.

    ;o)

or .. perhaps a.. merger? amalgamation? buyout?

Hehe, as the originator of all this - yup on the spur of the moment I came up with the name BlogNetworkWatch and pretty much did as you say - all over in a couple of weeks.

I find it funny to read around the web about ‘BlogNetworkWatch’ sites as though the phrase is an industry and not simply a name that just came off the top of my head and was available at GoDaddy.

Anyway, I think I burnt some bridges with some “so-called” A-List blog network owners with my approach (ie: touchy when semi-hard questions where asked by someone totally independent rather than what they expected: PR like items with advertorial-type interviews) so when Matt came along I was only too happy to sell and move on.

All the best Matt - hope you to take it to a much greater level.

The Blog Networks “whatevers” also have a forum - http://www.blognetworkforum.com

    Of course, I think it’s promising…
